Damage caused by pet

Like you, we know that nothing is indestructible and are therefore not responsible for damage caused by your pet.

Damaged in transit

Delivered Goods are to be inspected within 24 hours of receiving. Damaged items need to be reported to Australia Post as well as Pods 4 Pets within 48 hours. Please keep packaging as proof of delivered condition. Photographic proof is recommended.

Australia Post have informed us that its much easier for the customer to make the claim direct to Australia Post. Please follow the procedure below, we apologise for any inconvenience.

• Damaged packaging and items need to be verified by Australia Post. Please keep all packaging and damaged items as you may be contacted by Australia Post requesting you to return these items (at Australia Post’s cost) to them for inspection.

Refunds or Exchange
