Assembly
It’s quick and easy — your dog bed arrives in three pieces:
- The cushion
- The pod
(shell/casing) - The cover
Step‑by‑step:
- Place the cushion inside the pod casing (the shell).
- Stretch the cover over both the cushion and pod.
- To align it correctly, make sure the Pods 4 Pets logo sits centred on the front of the bed. Then wrap the cover over the edges so it fits snugly and evenly all around.
That’s it — less than 60 seconds and your bed is ready for your dog to enjoy!
Shipping
We offer fast and reliable shipping Australia-wide. Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares your pod for dispatch — typically within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey via Australia Post.
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping fees will apply, and they will be calculated at checkout based on your location
Please note:
- Delivery times may be affected by public holidays or peak periods
- All pods are shipped vacuum-sealed for freshness and efficiency
All Pods 4 Pets orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation via Australia Post. Once your parcel is marked as delivered to the correct address, we’re unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
If you suspect your pod has been delivered incorrectly or can’t locate it, please contact us using the contact section below. We’ll work with you and Australia Post to investigate and help resolve the issue.
Returns
For health and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns if the vacuum seal has been broken. Once the pod expands, it can’t be compressed or repackaged. Additionally, covers, and all other accessories must be unused and in brand-new condition.
If you're unsure about sizing when your pod arrives, please keep the vacuum seal intact and contact us using the
contact section below. We’ll gladly help arrange a return or exchange, as long
as the bed remains sealed and unused.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Are the covers removable and washable?
Yes! All three parts of the dog bed — the inner cushion, the pod shell, and the outer cover are removable and can be washed separately.
- The cover easily slides off and can be washed separately for quick and convenient cleaning.
- For a deeper clean, both the cushion and the shell of the dog bed are machine washable.
- Always follow the care instructions (e.g. cold or gentle wash, recommended drying method) to keep each part in good shape.
Simple reassembly after cleaning
The oval shape of our dog beds make it simple to put the cover straight
back on after cleaning. No more awkward corners to contend with! By the way, did you know our corner-free dog bed design discourages chewing?
Will the faux fur cover shed?
No — our faux fur covers are made from premium materials and have been tested on our own dogs for over 10+ years without noticeable shedding. We design them so the fur fibers are tightly anchored, and the cover remains soft and plush even with regular use.
Of course, like all fabrics, there may be a very slight amount of loose fiber when the cover is brand new (from cutting or manufacturing), but this settles quickly and is not an issue during everyday use.
